Job Summary
IT Technology Support II provides Tier 1 desktop support for Staff, Faculty and Students across clinical, academic, and administrative environments at ULSD. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing AV equipment, maintaining thin client infrastructure, deploying and imaging PCs/Laptops/MACs, applying security patches, keeping documentation up to date, and assisting with IT projects. Builds strong teamwork with vendors and internal IT to ensure cybersecurity compliance, reliable performance, and user satisfaction. Proficient in tools like SimpleMDM, PDQ, Trackit, and familiar with Citrix Workspace, ExamSoft, Respondus, MS 365, and AD/Azure/Intune; supports classroom AV and radiology-related devices, and helps with account management and access permissions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
