Job Summary
Provide expert, white-glove IT support and coaching to lawyers and staff at a top law firm, delivering hands-on help with applications, hardware, mobile devices, and security best practices; manage Service Desk tickets end-to-end, document interactions, and offer Level II/III guidance; coordinate AV needs for the Portland office, support after-hours and travel as needed, and help users leverage existing technologies within their workflow to improve client service and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a law firm providing direct hardware and software support; experience providing knowledge transfer and technical training preferred
- Expert understanding of desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, various Windows OS, and Microsoft 365/Office Suite support and coaching
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- ITIL Foundations or equivalent
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
