Job Summary
IT Virtual Assistant Technologist at Medtronic will lead middleware and frontend initiatives, develop system design documentation, perform coding and testing, support migration plans, and troubleshoot. You will collaborate with IT Technologist teams, stakeholders and vendors to implement Virtual Assistant projects, integrate with REST APIs and WebSockets, and leverage Conversational AI/LLMs. Required expertise includes 3+ years IT and software development with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript; AWS/Azure cloud services, DNS/load balancers, Git/CI/CD, and strong communication. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc is required. Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, India.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years proficiency with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript
- Conversational and Generative AI experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, DNS, and F5 Load Balancers)
- Git and CI/CD with Jenkins/GitHub
- AWS/Azure technologies including ECS, Fargate, RDS, Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront
- Excellent communication in English
- Self-starter with documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery
- Familiarity with Contact Center Cloud Technology and Virtual Assistants
