Job Summary
Provide on-site IT support for all staff by identifying, analyzing, and resolving hardware and software issues, including network device troubleshooting and second/third-level incident handling. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings while installing, configuring, and testing PCs, peripherals, and telecommunication equipment for move, add, change, and replace projects. Coordinate with external vendors to resolve complex problems and document all inventory and configuration changes. Requires 2–3 years of on-site support experience, strong German and English skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Required Qualifications
- 2 -3 Jahre Erfahrung im Onsite-Support
- ITIL V4 Foundation Zertifizierung
- Zertifizierungen für Microsoft-Betriebssysteme und Office
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office 365
- Fähigkeit, einfache Hardwareprobleme eigenständig zu lösen
- Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in iOS und Android
- grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Active Directory und Berechtigungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Zertifizierungen für Microsoft-Betriebssysteme und Office sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an eine sich schnell entwickelnde technologische Umgebung und Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
- Fähigkeit, tägliche Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen und konkrete Ergebnisse zu liefern
