Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices across diverse user environments. Perform routine network administration tasks, including managing wireless networks and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly to minimize disruption. Provide technical support and training to end-users on various systems and applications. Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident resolutions to maintain accurate records. Work Thursday through Friday and Saturday, plus every other Wednesday from 6pm to 6am.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role in computer hardware and software support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and macOS
- Experience with network administration, including wireless networking and network troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- Experience with enterprise-level network environments and security protocols
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday 6pm - 6am
