Job Summary
IT Technician is the first escalation point for technical problem resolution and the point of contact between IT and the user community for all technical support requests. Responsibilities include handling Help Desk requests via email, voicemail, and web app; routing requests to IT staff; training end users on software; updating and maintaining knowledge base articles; troubleshooting audio/visual issues in conference rooms; installing and supporting computers, printers, and peripherals; configuring user computers; assisting with laptop pool management; supporting file and print services; coordinating with upper management on goals and deadlines; and performing general IT operations tasks. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of IT experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, and experience in a professional services environment. The role is full-time and onsite in Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule (in-office three days per week).

- At least 2 years of professional experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in IT
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Experience working in an association/law firm or similar professional services environment
