Job Summary
Troubleshoot and solve problems remotely for clients in an MSP environment, utilizing Fortinet, Cisco, and similar technologies for routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless deployments. Manage Windows Server roles including Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, DNS, and DHCP, while overseeing server and data migrations. Deploy and maintain backup solutions, Microsoft Exchange Server or Office 365, and VMWare infrastructure. Configure IPSEC VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN settings, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud services and RMM tools. Requires strong verbal customer service skills, outstanding time management, and documentation abilities. First-class verbal customer service skills, outstanding time management, and strong documentation skills are essential. Clean driving record required.
