Job Summary
Assist the IT director with configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing cloud-based networking, Windows servers, firewalls, and Active Directory environments. Diagnose and resolve procedural, software, hardware, and operating system issues for desktops, laptops, wireless devices, and servers while managing multi-tasking under tight deadlines. Apply advanced education and resourceful problem-solving skills to handle client emergencies and adapt to technology changes. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and strong communication standards in a supportive small IT team. Requires U.S. citizenship, a driver's license, and full-time in-office attendance Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing Cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstations, Firewalls, Exchange server and Active Directory
- Windows 10, Windows 11
- Excellent high-level troubleshooting, attention-to-detail, organization, communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to efficiently multi-task, adapt and stay calm under pressure to any changes or client emergencies
- Microsoft Server
- Active Directory, Group Policy & User Profile Management
- MS Exchange, MS Office / 365
- Networking/Switching hardware: VLANS, Routing, Switching
- Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewall, Anti-virus
- Cyber Security (Hacks & Viruses)
- Advanced education in related IT field
- U.S. citizenship
- Driver's License
