Job Summary
Support key plant systems including weighing scales, industrial labeling printers, traceability software, and core network infrastructure. Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in offices and production areas, repairing computers, VoIP phones, printers, and access control systems. Apply mechanical and low-voltage troubleshooting skills while maintaining quality standards in a high-speed environment. Work the second shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for holidays and weekends. Provide strong problem-solving and customer service skills while wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Min. of 4 years of related work experience
- Associate degree in I.T., related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in repairing/troubleshooting computers, printers, VoiP phones, networks and can apply these skills to similar machines & systems
- Experience using tools for mechanical and electrical work related to the equipment
- Must supply your own tools
- Familiarity with mechanical and low-voltage work
- Has ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to multitask in a high-speed environment while maintaining quality standards
- Demonstrate strong problem solution, analysis and customer service skills
- Work some holidays and weekends if necessary
- Wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) such as hard hat, hair net, steel toe boots, ear plugs, and hair net
