Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software for the organization. Set up computers and other equipment, resolve Windows and Apple device issues, and address basic server and network problems. Manage users in Active Directory, track and monitor tickets in the ticketing system, and maintain inventory. Communicate with team members and contractors to resolve issues while delivering excellent customer service. Uphold the core values of Pediatrics Plus, participate in one-on-one meetings with leadership, and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. This role requires a valid driver's license, travel, and full-time attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of Arkansas
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must be able to set up a computer (monitor, keyboard, as well as other equipment)
- Must be able to troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices
- Must be able to troubleshoot basic server and network issues for devices
- Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and display understanding of Microsoft's core applications and operating systems (Office, RDP, as well as other systems)
- Exhibit ability to manage users in Active Directory
- Travel will be required
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a related field, preferred
