IT Technician (On-site)

IT Technician II on-site delivering advanced technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure. Leads system upgrades, participates in IT projects, diagnoses complex issues, and ensures and maintains CMMC cybersecurity compliance with ongoing monitoring and documentation. Serves as front line/escalation for advanced technical issues, performs troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices, participates in deployments and system rollouts, conducts root-cause analysis, maintains IT documentation, mentors IT Technician I, collaborates with vendors and internal teams, installs and supports hardware/software, maintains ticket records, and supports cybersecurity initiatives including patching, antivirus, and security hardening. Requires 3+ years IT support experience, experience with Virtual systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills; experience supporting end users in both office and manufacturing environments; demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining CMMC compliance.
