Job Summary
IT Technician role responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and system components; setting up desktops and laptops per company specs; supporting local networks; troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; ensuring security and integrity of systems; providing training to team members; scheduling upgrades with minimal downtime; maintaining repair/maintenance records; identifying equipment needs and assisting with purchasing; and supporting new restaurant openings and operational needs across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Experience troubleshooting network and camera cabling
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or similar
