Job Summary

Implement and maintain information security controls across networks, endpoints, applications, and cloud services; monitor and triage security alerts from tools such as Darktrace NDR, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms; support incident response activities, including evidence collection, initial investigation, and escalation; assist with vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and patch management; help maintain security documentation, policies, procedures, and asset inventories; assist with third-party/vendor security reviews and questionnaires; participate in security awareness initiatives and help promote secure user behavior; perform routine security checks and operational tasks as assigned; document IT procedures, configurations, and incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in information security operations, IT security, or a related technical role
  • Familiarity with web application security concepts such as OWASP Top 10.
