Job Summary
Triage customer requests over email and phone, then dispatch tasks, schedule work, and consult clients to determine issue severity. Perform technical diagnostics, troubleshoot problems, and deliver accurate resolutions while walking clients through the process in plain language. Create and maintain tasks for client projects and onsite visits, ensuring daily ticket monitoring and proper documentation using Zendesk, Asana, and Airtable. Escalate unresolved queries to managers and champion continuous improvement and high performance. Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, with periodic after-hours support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Home (fixed) internet with an upload speed of at least 20Mbps
- Either an iPhone capable of running the latest version of iOS or an Android device running either the current version of Android or the previous version of Android
- A mobile data plan with voice, text, and data and hotspot functionality (as a backup to your fixed broadband)
- Obtain and maintain technical certifications as required
- Provide support Monday – Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM PT and periodic after-hours work as required
- Perform daily client work remotely and onsite at client locations when necessary
