IT Technician II, Site Services Support

Job Summary
As an IT Technician II in Site Services Support, you will provide technical services and support for business systems and applications, manage incidents and requests using ITSM tools, and assist in establishing procedures and best practices. You will be responsible for resolving routine problems under supervision and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, and an industry-standard certification. Proficiency with common software and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related work experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Technology Management
- At least one of the following industry-standard certifications: Security+, CCNA, Network+, MCSE, or other relevant industry standard certificate
- Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs
- Competent in written and spoken English
- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing, complex technical environment
- Customer focus, empathy, and structured thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications preferred
- Foundational knowledge in some or all of the following areas: Application Analysis, Debugging, Functional Analysis, Programming, Software Design, Software Testing, Software Documentation, Programming Language, Software Requirements Specification, Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Software Bug Tracking Software
