Job Summary
IT support specialist role supporting end-user systems and corporate IT across Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich offices, including deployment and lifecycle of end-user hardware/software, incident/requests management, and administration of corporate IT infrastructure and applications; requires Linux/Mac/Windows administration, Azure/Office 365/SharePoint/Intune, and scripting in Python/Go as applicable, with banking-security know-how, English and French proficiency, and Swiss residency with travel between offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
- Experience administrating Linux, Mac and Windows workstations
- Experience with Azure administration (Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows defender)
- Knowledge (incl. development) of Salesforce a plus
- Knowledge of Python scripting a plus
- Go programming language a plus
- Proficient with security best practices in banking environments
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
- Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich offices
