Job Summary
Image, configure, and prepare laptops, computers, and tablets for deployment to instructors and staff using Zoho's Endpoint Central and Microsoft Windows ADK. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the device fleet, evaluating damaged equipment and coordinating repairs or replacements. Ensure all devices meet security and performance standards before staging readiness audits and conducting inventory maintenance. Provide responsive technical support to instructors and staff while managing issue escalation and maintaining accurate documentation of resolutions. This full-time, on-site role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer at BAM!, a mission-driven education company impacting over 25,000 students nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and see tasks through to completion
- Results-oriented with an interest in operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Collaborative team player with experience working across departments or functional areas
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a consistent track record of reliability
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and support
- Experience imaging or configuring computers and tablets running Windows, ChromeOS, or comparable operating systems
- Familiarity with device management platforms
- Experience with Zoho's Endpoint Central and Microsoft Windows ADK
- Working knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for laptops, tablets, peripherals, and basic networking
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
