Job Summary
Manage and install equipment, monitor telecommunication systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software faults while ensuring network uptime through preventative maintenance and failover testing. Respond to IT tickets via email or phone for remote and in-person support, including setting up user accounts, installing operating systems, and applying security patches. Work as IT Manager backup for daily operations, coordinate with vendors for project installations, and travel to banking centers for break-fix, refresh, or build-out tasks. On-call and after-hours work will be required to complete server updates and projects.

- Associate's degree or greater
