Job Summary
Troubleshoot IT computer systems, including hardware, software, email, network, and peripheral equipment problems. Install, assemble, and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure, and peripherals like printers and scanners. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software, maintaining up-to-date documentation of system configurations. Assist in the design and deployment of new technologies, including upgrades, implementations, and enhancements. Provide secondary technical and user support to specialized systems as required. This role supports all Gallery technology users under the direction of the Manager, Information Technology. The position is temporary full-time with a 35-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
- A minimum of three (3) years of related and progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Directly related high-level knowledge and experience of support and administration on the following: Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and above), Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange (2016 and above)
- Proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite (2013, 2016, Office for Mac)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Strong documentation and discovery skills
- Well-developed verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly, and in a calm manner
