Job Summary
Administer and maintain all IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure for the firm and its affiliated entities, including managing the Microsoft 365 environment and configuring workstations. Design and enforce cybersecurity protocols, data encryption standards, and incident response plans to ensure compliance with New York privacy laws and legal industry security requirements. Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using Power Automate and Copilot to streamline document intake and legal transaction processing. Develop and enhance firm websites, client portals, and native mobile applications while managing third-party integrations for WhatsApp, Plaid, and CRM tools. Provide responsive IT support to attorneys and staff, delivering training sessions and maintaining technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, AI/automation development, or a related field
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining AI tools and workflow automation platforms
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Web development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React or a similar framework is a plus
- Experience with document automation in a legal or financial services environment
- Familiarity with New York State data privacy laws and legal industry compliance requirements
- Hands-on API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
- Prior experience working at a law firm, title company, or financial institution
- Native iOS and/or Android app development (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter)
