Job Summary
IT Technical Support role providing remote and on-site assistance to end users in France via ServiceNow, email, and phone. Responsibilities include incident identification, analysis, and resolution; creating, tracking, and prioritizing incident tickets; administering user accounts and access in France; deploying IT infrastructure during store openings; installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, mobile devices, and POS terminals; QA checks before deployment to ensure infrastructure availability; inventory and asset lifecycle management; on-site support during store openings and, if needed, weekend availability. Requires 3+ years of technical support experience, proficiency with Windows environments (Windows 10/Server 2016/2019), Microsoft 365, Active Directory knowledge, Aptos POS client setup, network infrastructure understanding (Meraki, WAN/LAN/VLAN), and French/English language skills.
