Job Summary

It/Technical Support I role providing helpdesk support for IT functions at the Airport Development Group. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system and hardware incidents, initial analysis and diagnostics, incident severity assessment, and escalation as needed. Duties also cover onboarding/offboarding of staff, ticket creation in Freshdesk and IT Service-Now, and hardware/software installations. The position involves supporting Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office 365/365 suite, and related productivity tools, along with network and hardware troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, peripherals). Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to work with teams, and flexibility to support deployments and relocations across the airport footprint. Physical requirement to lift at least 40 lbs; may require varying shifts and visiting multiple sites on campus. Educational/credential preferences include a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and relevant certifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent job experience of 5 years or more
  • Relevant Professional Licensure & Certifications preferred

  • THIS POSITION IS ONSITE AND YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TO BE CONSIDERED
