Job Summary
Maintain, support, and enhance enterprise billing applications in production to ensure system availability, reliability, and operational performance through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and data-related issues across Windows and Linux environments, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Develop, configure, and maintain application components, integrations, and automation scripts while executing system changes, patches, and upgrades following established change management processes. Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement application enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications and supporting solution delivery. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, prepare technical documentation, and communicate system changes to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in production environments
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers using structured root cause analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, APIs, and PowerShell, with the ability to develop and implement application enhancements and automation solutions
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server (SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
- Experience supporting mission-critical applications in operational environments, ensuring system stability, reliability, and performance
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, application governance, and compliance requirements within regulated environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and support production operations
