Seeking an IT Technical Services Manager to lead technology systems at Richardson Sports, ensuring efficient operations, managing IT support and network infrastructure, with a focus on compliance, team leadership, and budget management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
- 5+ years working with hardware, operating systems (Windows, Mac), and productivity software
- 5+ years of networking experience (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Wi-Fi) including remote support
- Experience managing business systems (ERP, reporting tools, warehouse management systems)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Customer-service orientation with the ability to train and support staff
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of vendor management and purchasing
- Experience with cloud services (AWS a plus)
