Job Summary
Lead end-to-end IT projects for initiatives including software implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure; coordinate with management and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, constraints, and success criteria; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations; identify interdependencies and mitigate conflicts; ensure governance, documentation, and compliance; drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively to support informed decision-making and measurable project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in an IT environment
- formal project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- strong attention to detail
- organized, focused, and results oriented
- problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills
- excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
