Job Summary
This role focuses on customer support for installing, maintaining, and training on products developed by Florical Systems. Key responsibilities include providing customer service 24 hours a day when on-call, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting system components, and maintaining good customer relations by resolving issues and suggesting improvements. Candidates should possess problem-solving and communication skills, along with technical expertise in computer networking, Windows server administration, and relevant scripting languages.

- Familiarity with Windows networking concepts
- Scripting Skills, preferably PowerShell
- Ability to read and edit data formats such as JSON, XML, SQL

- Working knowledge of SQL or MongoDB
- Ability to write simple SQL queries
- Competency with Microsoft 365
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with a business workflow or project management system such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, or TeamSupport
- Television engineering or operations experience
- Cloud platform experience
