IT Technical Analyst - PBI

Job Summary
PBI Develop the business required dashboards – e.g. yearly/monthly/daily trend and comparison dashboards; optimize Power BI performance by cleaning data and ensuring stable display based on business needs. Requires more than 5 years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling and performance improvement skills, and ability to translate business requirements into dashboards. Expect multiple interview rounds (two or three) before onboarding. Language requirements include native Chinese and English reading/writing; good oral English is a plus. No dedicated BA; need strong business understanding and communication. Finance-domain reporting dashboard development is a plus. Onsite work location at DL Tengfei office under Johnson Controls, with standard working hours. This role is with Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Power BI developer with >5 years of relevant experience
- very familiar with Power BI data modeling and performance improvements
- ability to deliver dashboards based on business needs (financial domain a plus)
- strong business understanding and communication skills
- native-level Chinese; English reading/writing; good oral English a plus
