Job Summary
IT Tech I executes diversified duties to install/move/maintain computer hardware and software at the Casino and remote offices, provides Help Desk support to end users, troubleshoots hardware/software in a network environment, installs and maintains PC hardware/software, supports telecommunications systems including basic PBX, ensures security/confidentiality, composes reports, and collaborates with IT management on projects; must obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License and work in a fast-paced casino IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree in Computer Science or related area; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
