Job Summary
Lead and develop an IT team of Project Managers and Service Owners to drive the global field sales tool strategy, global rollouts, and adoption, ensuring governance, standards, and scalable, compliant services. Own the end-to-end roadmap for field sales applications, partner with sales stakeholders, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to maximize ROI. Requires a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years in field sales applications, 5+ years of leadership, and strong IT/AI expertise; fluency in English with German a plus. The role includes global rollout accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business goals into AI-enabled digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of working experience with field sales applications, preferably within the FMCG industry
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership and people management experience, including responsibility for teams in an application/IT context
- Proven track record of strategic ownership for an applications or services portfolio, including roadmap definition and prioritization
- Strong IT and AI expertise, with a solid understanding of how to apply AI technologies to business processes and digital solutions to drive effectiveness & efficiency
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills with the ability to set direction, make decisions, manage stakeholders, inspire and develop your team
