Job Summary
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques to build and maintain talent pipelines for IT professionals. Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement while supporting recruiters by identifying qualified passive candidates. Maintain candidate records within the ATS and research emerging talent markets and sourcing strategies. Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives. This role requires two years of recruiting or sourcing experience, proficiency with Boolean search techniques, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
