Job Summary
IT Talent Acquisition (Middle) at playSTUDIOS Vietnam requires providing full-life cycle recruiting to internal stakeholders, leveraging advanced talent acquisition practices and AI tools, and supporting recruitment programs. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding), partnering with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and studio stakeholders, tracking hiring metrics, market mapping, and participating in regional/global recruitment programs. In Employer Branding, the role involves creating localized content for Facebook/LinkedIn, planning campus activations, job fairs, tech meetups, and events to build a strong talent community. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in IT recruitment (gaming industry a plus), proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, excellent English, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT industry
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media/sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and spoken English
