Job Summary
IT Systems Support Specialist to serve as the primary technology support resource across three office locations. Set up and configure computers, user accounts, email access, software, and mobile devices for new employees; manage onboarding/offboarding; troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and connectivity; administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint); manage permissions and software licensing; deploy and track company technology equipment and inventory; coordinate with third-party IT and cybersecurity providers; assist with software implementations, upgrades, and technology projects; identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or a related technology role
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently
- Experience supporting users in a business environment
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required
