Job Summary
Manage inbound technical support needs at Malvern locations, email, and web-based requests quickly and efficiently. Handle multiple daily IT requests, troubleshoot desktop, phone, and application issues, and create tickets for support desk requests via phone, email, or in person. Coordinate new PC set-ups including systems configuration and application installs while monitoring ticket status to ensure timely completion. Provide backup support for department leads and communicate daily task lists within the team. Occasional 25% travel to other Malvern locations is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, MIS or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge working with MS Word
- Knowledge working with Excel
- Knowledge working with Outlook
- Ability to walk
- Ability to crawl
- Ability to bend
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 40 pounds
