Job Summary
IT Systems Support Specialist providing frontline hardware and software support for a 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include logging and escalating calls, documenting hardware/software configurations, creating and maintaining support documentation, and training end-users on PCs, phone systems, and basic policies. Performs imaging and deployment of desktops and laptops, supports end-user hardware/software/printer issues, follows standard work and document-control procedures, and participates in the CAR system and on-call rotation. Collaborates with engineers and programmers to identify and resolve issues and deploy new technology in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a desktop support/helpdesk role
- Experience in a compliance driven environment
- Windows Server experience
- Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and 11 desktop experience
- Experience with change control
- Experience supporting Android and iOS devices
- A+, Network +, MCP a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
