Job Summary
Install, configure, maintain, and support computer hardware, software, and related IT components across office and warehouse locations. Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, assist with system setup and upgrades, support network administration tasks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user access and authentication, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and service. Educate employees on basic cybersecurity practices and document issues and resolutions. Support warehouse technology (printers, label printers, scanners, RF devices) and ensure confidentiality of information. Ability to work overtime, weekends, after-hours, and participate in an on-call rotation as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
