Job Summary
IT Systems & Services Intern role in Amsterdam (Netherlands) with Catawiki. The intern will provide end-user IT support, serve as first point of contact for technical issues, assist with device management and lifecycle (laptop provisioning, onboarding, offboarding), document solutions, and collaborate with senior team members. The position is a fixed-term 6-month internship with potential for full-time employment. The role is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work setup (minimum two days per week in the office) and offices also in Paris and Lisbon. Candidates should be enrolled at a Dutch university for the duration of the internship, have strong communication and customer-service skills, be fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages a plus), and possess basic technical knowledge with experience using Apple laptops. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders, learning about IT operations, and contributing to documentation and processes across the IT team.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Dutch University for the duration of the internship
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Fluent in English - Dutch and additional languages are a plus
- Basic technical skills / understanding of technical terms
- Ability to find information to help troubleshoot technical issues
- Hands-on approach to tasks
- Willingness to support where needed
- Detail oriented in all things you do
- Knowledge or previous experience of using Apple laptops
- Willingness to share information and teach people how issues were resolved
