Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership for IT and systems operations across multiple locations in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Partner with clinical, operational, and enterprise leaders to align technology initiatives with business and patient-care objectives. Oversee local technology operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems while supporting the implementation and optimization of healthcare information systems and EHR platforms. Maintain secure, reliable, and compliant technology environments by leading cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk-management initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology resources while developing and mentoring IT team members. Monitor industry developments to recommend technology improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT and multi-site environment expertise. Up to 20% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of directly related experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT
- Experience working in multi-site, enterprise, or similarly complex environments
- Strong ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and enterprise stakeholders
- Experience providing leadership within an IT organization or technology function
- Must have experience supporting healthcare or hospital IT operations
- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience managing technology projects and implementations
- Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple locations
- Understanding of healthcare IT industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Experience with budgets, vendors, and IT staff development
- Up to 20% travel as required by business needs
- On-site position with regular in-person presence in Lake Havasu City, Arizona
