Job Summary
Manage and maintain production-related IT systems and infrastructure while ensuring high system availability and troubleshooting technical incidents. Administer Active Directory and Entra ID environments, support endpoint security and backup solutions, and ensure compliance with GMP regulations. Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support to manufacturing teams and collaborate closely with production, QA, and internal stakeholders. Participate in infrastructure projects, introduce new technologies, and create technical documentation. This role requires at least three years of experience in regulated industries with Azure and Windows Server expertise. Fluent German and English skills are required for this hybrid position in Bern, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience including a strong & operational IT & Infrastructure background
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID
- Fluent German & English communication skills
- Structured, reliable & solution-oriented mindset
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences or other regulated industries
- Knowledge of GMP / GxP / CSV environments
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python etc.)
