Job Summary
Design, deploy, operate, and continuously improve secure, scalable AWS infrastructure across SaaS services with emphasis on automation, governance, monitoring, and production support. Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and DevOps teams to deliver resilient cloud platforms, support migration and modernization initiatives, and ensure environments meet enterprise standards for performance, cost optimization, and compliance. Responsibilities include building and troubleshooting hosted applications, configuring AWS services, automating monitoring and maintenance with PowerShell, managing networking components (DNS, firewalls, load balancers), supporting on-prem to AWS migrations, contributing to continuous improvement through automation, and participating in on-call rotations with travel as required. Travel up to 10% and remote-work capability within the US are supported.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience with AWS core platform services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on knowledge of PowerShell and automation scripting
- Networking and security principles including Zero Trust
- Experience with on-call rotation and incident handling
- Hybrid cloud or on-prem migration experience
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and change management
