IT Systems Engineer (Corporate Systems)

Job Summary
Lead demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion for ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance while developing and maintaining operation systems and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements with information systems, ensuring seamless database operations and configuration. Document system procedures and best practices to support continuous improvement. Work full-time with regular in-person attendance, traveling to various job sites including offices, construction areas, and manufacturing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in integrating and optimizing ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations
- Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level
- Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs
- Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting
- Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds
- Occasional lifting of heavier items
- Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities
- Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation
