Job Summary
Automate onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end while building user provisioning and access management workflows. Manage the device fleet across Linux, Windows, and Mac, track incidents to identify failure patterns, and drive improvements to workstation setups and information systems. Design device fleet automation through MDM (JumpCloud) and explore AI-powered workflows to enhance IT operations. Build activity reporting on device security and tool usage under the direction of the Head of Information Security & IT. This six-month apprenticeship integrates you into a self-financed startup optimizing transport and event capacity for major clients like SNCF and United Airlines, offering remote work flexibility and a stimulating technical culture.
Required Qualifications
- Strong scripting or development skills (Python, Bash, or similar), enough to build real automation tools and workflows
- Solid knowledge of systems: Linux, Windows, and Mac
- Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, proxies)
- Experience with MDM or device management tools
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools (IAM, SaaS platforms)
- Able to write clear technical documentation and procedures in English
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Engineering school, Bac+5
- First real experience (internship or a previous alternance) in IT systems, automation, or software engineering
- Good communication and people skills
- Good level of English
