IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Design and maintain complex IT infrastructures across multiple sites, ensuring networks and systems are configured properly. Lead infrastructure modernization, manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and handle complex troubleshooting for network, latency, and wireless issues. Support a mixed Cisco and Ubiquiti environment while maintaining network segmentation for manufacturing and OT systems. Respond to outages, manage VPN configurations, and assist with infrastructure planning and budgeting. Ensure all technology in office and production settings functions correctly, adhering to Occupational Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Five (5) years experience in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering or Infrastructure Administration
- Physical abilities to include the ability to lift 50 lbs (23 Kg), able to climb several flights of stairs and not affected by heights
- Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Cisco Duo and VPN technologies
- Experience in a multi-site network environment
- Ability to analyze data and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication, organizational, management, and computer skills
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Act with humility, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to safety
Desired Qualifications
- Ubiquiti networking experience preferred
