Job Summary
Serve as the primary IT support contact for internal colleagues, handling application installation, technical analysis, and database verification. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning, while overseeing software licenses and IT infrastructure procurement. Collaborate on security projects within the Windows Server environment and coordinate with the data center partner. Maintain monitoring systems and address administrative and financial IT topics. Full-time role with a collective agreement minimum gross salary of EUR 44,170 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL / Fachhochschule / Universität)
- jede Menge Erfahrung als IT-Allrounder im Windows Umfeld
- fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Windows Server
- fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Active Directory
- fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365
- gutes Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitsstandards und Best Practices im Windows-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im IT-Support für interne User
- fließend Deutsch
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Spaß an eigenverantwortlichen Infrastruktur Projekten
Desired Qualifications
- Grundkenntnisse zu Datenbanksystemen (SQL Server/Oracle)
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure, O365)
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Linux
- Erfahrungen bei der Abwicklung von Projekten
- Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen (z. B. Zendesk, Jira)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Endpoint Management / Device Management
