Job Summary
IT Systems Analyst at SAG-AFTRA Federal Credit Union in Burbank, CA. The role involves maintaining and improving the credit union’s information network and security systems, supporting IT security-related audits and assessments, and coordinating risk assessments, vendor reviews, and incident response activities. The analyst will supervise external security consultants, translate technical risk findings for senior leadership, administer cybersecurity training, ensure regulatory compliance with NCUA and FFIEC, participate in IT risk assessments, and collaborate with IT and business units to strengthen information security programs. This is an in-person position based in Burbank with no remote or hybrid options. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in Information security and Network support functions
- Information security certifications Security+ or equivalent
- Network certifications Network+, Server+ or equivalents
- Experience with industry affiliations such as ISACA, ISSA, FS-ISAC
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of managing security and technology controls
- Experience with security incident response process and program
- Know-how to perform risk analysis activities
- Advanced problem-solving skills in detecting errors, system problems, and transforming functional requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent analytical, detail, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to receive and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
