Job Summary
IT Systems Analyst – R&D Portfolio to support strategy, business-unit discussions, and collaboration with managed service providers to deliver scalable IT solutions. Responsibilities include translating high-level requirements into component designs, validating requirements during delivery, overseeing MSP performance, participating in design, coding, testing, and deployment activities, developing technical documentation and test plans, and supporting lifecycle and contract management for enterprise applications (with SAP focus). Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and 2+ years IT experience; strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams; experience in application development, integration, and testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 or more years of experience in Information Technology or related experience
- Understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies
- Working knowledge of enterprise applications and platforms
- Working knowledge of SAP modules and development
- Understanding of infrastructure platforms and how they support applications
- Experience working with managed service providers or outsourced vendors
- Experience defining project plans and supporting project execution
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Experience supporting application development, integration, and testing
