Job Summary
Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (SysPro) issues reported by end users while designing, developing, testing, and deploying customizations, interfaces, and extensions for existing systems. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, providing ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system and related integrated applications. Develop system documentation, monitor performance to ensure security and reliability, and coordinate application development for multiple projects. Assist in managing updates and upgrades while interfacing with various departments. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies. This role offers high autonomy within a decentralized, entrepreneurial culture focused on solving complex challenges and fostering innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment (SysPro)
- Experience working with EDI systems and partners
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
