Job Summary
Design, test, implement, and troubleshoot IT applications to ensure the availability, stability, and reliability of clinical systems. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to end-users while collaborating with IT teams on complex problems. Develop and maintain knowledge of related IT systems and support operational workflows for nursing, provider, and ancillary departments. Lead small to medium initiatives related to clinical systems improvements and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. Work 40 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at CoxHealth's West Campus facility in Springfield, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support
- experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
