Job Summary
IT Systems Administrator needed to bridge end-user support and backend infrastructure in a hybrid environment. You will manage Azure Entra ID, Windows Server, DNS, IIS, and related cloud and on-prem resources; handle routine monitoring, patch management, and change processes; lead onboarding/offboarding and asset management; support network connectivity and security compliance; and collaborate with HR and Compliance on sensitive access changes. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills are required; PowerShell scripting and familiarity with SOC2/ISO/HIPAA frameworks are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT System Administration or high-level Service Desk role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Windows Server environments
- Fundamental understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS certificate management
- Proven ability to diagnose complex hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
