Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator at Scalian in the US, you will support and maintain end-user technology, SaaS platforms, and core IT infrastructure. Key duties include managing devices and endpoint enrollment and security policy enforcement; provisioning and managing SaaS accounts and authentication services; building onboarding/offboarding workflows using RBAC, SSO, and MFA; creating automation scripts to streamline IT processes; maintaining technical documentation and change management logs; participating in Infrastructure as Code efforts; supporting security controls and audits; tracking IT performance, security indicators, and compliance; troubleshooting issues with internal stakeholders to improve service reliability; and supporting distributed global teams across distributed environments. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience and 3+ years in IT/Systems Administration, with experience in Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Cloudflare, IAM concepts, scripting in Bash/Python, Git, and familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar technical role
  • Experience managing endpoint tools such as Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Cloudflare
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts such as RBAC, SSO, and MFA
  • Experience with scripting/automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and structured change management practices
  • Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST guidelines
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently and support a globally distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment
