Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
- Demonstrated experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere preferred)
- Experience with network administration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches) in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or other production-critical IT systems
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data backup/recovery solutions
